To help me help you faster (especially when reporting a bug), please include in your message:

Platform (iOS, iPadOS, watchOS or Android) and operating system version.
Soono version (you can find it in Settings › About).
Device model (for example, iPhone 15 Pro or Pixel 8).
Steps to reproduce the issue and, if possible, a screenshot.
